photographers...I'm waiting 2 months for digital proofs....is this normal? I was told 'about' 3 weeks when we signed our contract

hi, somethings wrong here.. many years ago i started in photography business.. this is how it goes... the photographer that shoots the job drops it back at the studio the following week, it is then processed by the lab... it takes a total of 3 weeks... digital might take little longer but not 2 months.. who is your photographer? francine decicco p.s. how are your pictures coming back to you? in a proof album?
