My question is: approximately how many hours of unedited videotape should a videographer have a 10 hour wedding day?

There would be 3-4 hours of raw footage for a ceremony, cocktail hour & reception - single camera coverage only.

Any more coverage (brides house, etc.) and multiple cameras would increase the amount of hours and raw footage.

So it depends on your wedding coverage.
