Limo question

I havent met with a limo company yet mostly because im worried about prices but here is my question.

If i book my limo(s?) through a company, is it likely to get a discounted quote for a vehicle to be used as a 'shuttle' for guests from hotel to RH and then RH back to hotel so no one has to drink and drive?

Why is no one responding to me
