Limo Question

Please read, I don't need a quote at this time, just asking a question.

How do you coordinate transportation when the bridal party will be coming from a hotel (not a home) and is getting ready at the venue and the ceremony is at the venue? Guests need to be shuttled as well. It seems like it should be an easy answer, but I'm unsure.

I was thinking of getting a party bus for the day to transport the bridal party to the venue, do the shuttle run for guests, and then take everyone back at night.

Otherwise it would be multiple pick up/drop off for the bridal party and family plus a shuttle.

Which makes more sense and is most economical? The bridal party is about 15 total, family is about 10 total, and guests to be shuttled should be maybe 20.

Timeline goes -
Girls go to venue at about 12:30pm
Guys go to venue at about 2pm
Family should get to venue for pictures at about 5pm ** (maybe)
Guests should be shuttled to venue by 7pm
All come back to hotel at 1am
