We are having our wedding on a Saturday, May 30, 2009. Church is 3PM in Brooklyn (11223), Reception Hall will open at 5:30 / 6:00 (we haven't decided what time yet?)
We have about 39 people we need to move!
Break down at Bride's House (Lynbrook, 11563):
Bride, Maid of Honor, Matron of Honor, Bridesmaid, 2 Flower Girls, 2 Groomsmen, Parents, Ring Bearer and 7 more adults. Total = 18.
Groom's House (Brooklyn, 11223): Groom, Parents, Grandma. Total = 4
?Pick-ups 2 people East Rockaway, 3 people Elmont, 2 people Valley Stream. Total = 7
One more location TBD (either Brooklyn/Lynbrook) Bestman + 4 Adults and Ring Bearer & 4 more kids Total = 10
We would like separate car for Bride & Groom from Church to Hall with stop in park for pics.
Let us know how we can get all these people where they need to be. We would also need a return from CH to same locations.
