Limo / Shuttle - can you meet this offer for the services we need? (or make counter-offer)

Hello vendors -

We are looking for a shuttle bus or shuttle limo for July 18, 2009.

Approximately 15 - 30 passengers (can make several trips).

We basically need this shuttle to make one trip around 8:30 - 9 am from the Melville Marriott to the Milleridge Cottage with the Wedding Party.

Then another trip for guests around 11 a.m. (wedding starts at 11:30).

Each of these trips would be about 10-15 people per trip.

We also need a shuttle from the Milleridge Cottage to the Melville Marriott around 5:30 or 6 pm to take guests and the wedding party back to the hotel after the wedding reception is over. This trip would have about 20-30 people total.

I am happy to provide a meal for the driver at the wedding if these services would be an all-day rate.

Thanks!
