Limo - Westchester County

I have received a couple of quotes from LImo companies and I am curious about some things about their 3 hour packages. I contacted some limo co. in LI and I was told that the standard 3 hr package is from 'garage to garage'. Others told me it starts when they arrive to my house and when they drop us off.
I live and Westchester County so if it is 'garage to garage' my 3 hours will be up half through the ceremony.
Does anyone recommend any limo companies in LI that are not garage to garage? TIA!!!
