Limos

My fiance is in charge of organizing our wedding transportation. Our wedding is in Westchester and we are looking for both a shuttle bus to take our guests from the hotel (also in Westchester) to the reception. We also need a limo for the bridal party.

My fiance has called a few companies, including some on Long Island, and they have told him that they are not allowed to operate their limos in Westchester due to some protective licensing in Westchester.

Is this true? Are there any LI companies that can provide both limos and a shuttle bus in Westchester? Thanks
