Limos for 12/5/09
I am looking for quotes for limo service for Saturday, 12/5/09.
I will need quotes for the following 2 scenarios:
1stretch to pickup in St. James and bring to Church in Greenlawn (needs to be able to hold up to 10 people at a time), then bring to RH in Holbrook
1 town car to fit the groom and 3 GM to pickup in Dix Hills and bring to church in Greenlawn
1 classic car to pick up bride and groom from church and bring to RH in Holbrook
Return transportation for bride and groom to either hotel or home, TBD.
1 stretch to pickup guys in Dix Hills and drop off to church in Greenlawn, come to St. James to pick up bride and Bridal party, bring to Greenlawn. Bring entire bridal party to RH in Holbrook, must be able to hold up to 10 people at a time.
1 classic car to pick up bride and groom from church and bring to RH in Holbrook
Return transportation for bride and groom to either hotel or home, TBD.
In terms of the timeframe, photographers will be arriving at both locations at approximately 1:00 to take pictures. The ceremony starts promptly at 3:00, and both home locations are about a half an hour from the church. Ceremony duration is approximately 45 minutes-hour, plus receiving line and time for photos. We are anticipating being ready to go by 4:45, and must not arrive later than 6:15 to the reception hall.
