Limos needed for 5/23/09!
Hello Vendors!
My wedding is on Saturday 5/23/2009. Here are the details:
- 20 ppl in the wedding party, including my fiance and myself
- Gents first and then ladies will all be picked up in Wading River/Riverhead area and delivered to church
- Ceremony begins @ 3pm in Wading River
- We will get dropped off to Reception site @ 6:30pm
- We will be taking pictures between ceremony and reception in the Wading River area
- No pick-up necessary after reception
I would like pricing for your least expensive option - whether that be one stretch SUV to take boys first then girls to church + a smaller car for bride/groom after ceremony, or if everyone will fit *comfortably* in one stretch SUV after the ceremony that would be great too. I believe 2 smaller 12-person limos would be more expensive but please let me know what least expensive option is without squishing people in. Our reception is at East Wind if you give any discounts for that. I am looking to book least expensive option ASAP, so please let me know your price quote and what it includes.
