Limo/Trolley/Shuttles
I am getting married June 5, 2010. The ceremony and reception are at the Vineyard Caterers. The Hotel is the Crowne Plaza, exit 63 off the LIE.
I need quotes on the following:
1) A vehicle to pick up the bridal party at the hotel and to picture locations, then to the Vineyards. maybe 3 hrs tops. 13 people.
2.) Shuttle bus/vans/trolleys for approx. 75 to 100 guests. This is not definite yet. They would be picked up from the Crowne Plaza brought to the wedding and then back again.
I want the cheapest thing possible. All I ask is that the vehicles are clean, have air conditioner, and run reliably, and have drivers that don't get lost. I don't need any bells and whistles, party busses or vintagy cars. I just need my guests to not have to worry about getting lost or how muchthey drink.
I promise your drivers will be entertained.
