looking for a florist

I'm looking to find a florist for a Mother's Day wedding in 2004. I'm looking to order 20+ centerpieces. I would like the centerpieces to be roses in a bubble vase (with 25 stems in each vase). I would like to set my limit to be approx $40 or less for each piece. Please let me know if anyone can provide this. Thanks!

John is the owner and is a great person.
