Looking for a Videographer around $1300

I'm looking for a videographer that will include 7 hours of filming including before the church (guests arriving), cocktail hour, reception (all the important parts of the reception- entrance, dances, cake etc...)

I only need 1 copy of the dvd/video and I'd like it edited. I would also like the raw footage.

Hopefully around $1300.

Thanks.
