Looking for chair rental/ tent rental

Hi,
I'm looking for a company who can provide 100 white folding chairs for a ceremony on 5/19/2012 in Roslyn at the Nassau County Museum of Art. I would need the chairs to be set up at 4:30pm for a 5:00 pm ceremony start time and for the chairs also to be taken down at 6:30pm at the conclusion of the ceremony.

In addition I'd like price quotes for a 20x40 frame tent for the same date (this would be a last minute rental possibly a week before the event, in the case of rain). So 1)I would like to know a price quote for the tent and 2) if a last minute rental of a tent is possible.

For the chairs i'd like to stay around 200 including tax and delivery/set up charges. This is a definite need so if anyone can meet that budget the job is yours.
