Looking for: florist/hair & Makeup/limo or party bus/hotel recommendations

Wedding date is Aug. 17, 2012, Friday at the Mansion at Woodside Acres.

For flowers, we're possibly gonna have up to 30 tables. We'd need centerpieces, flowers for the bridal party, and for the ceremony area.

Hair & Makeup: anyone in Nassau area, close to Woodbury or so, and with a decent price.

Limo or party bus: bridal party is 16 people, but may need space for other wedding participants.

As for hotels, can anyone give me their honest opinions/reviews of hotels close to Woodbury/Muttontown area?

Any input will be very helpful.
