Looking for someone to do alterations on dress

I need a lot of alterations on my 'reception' dress that I am changing into. Some alterations include changing the tulle underneath dress. adding fans, taking in on sides, cutting lining because its too long and can be seen past the train, creating 10 pt french bustle.
