Make up/Hair

I have a friend getting married on Nov 14th of this year. Her ceramony should be taking place about 11:30-12. She has to take pictures before hand. She would like to have hair/makeup done before hand for her and maybe the bridesmaid. SHe's getting married in Brooklyn. Would anyone be able to travel to her to do it.
