makeup and hair

just looking for prices and availibility for my wedding on sept 18, 2004. i have myself, my mom, and 6 bridesmaids. i also have 2 juniors for hair.
please let me know if you are available. and how much it would be for makeup and hair per person. also how much you charge for a trial! thank you soo much!!!
