makeup and hair 7/17/05

I am looking for someone to do my hair and make up for my july wedding. I live out of town and would like to do a trial the last week in March when I am in NY during school break.
I am looking for a simple yet elegant hairstyle for my naturally wavy shoulder length hair as well as not layera and layers of makeup since I usually don't wear much at all.
I would like to you know approx prices, along with an estimate for 4 bridesmaids ...also do you charge extra for moms? Worried about the logistics of the day too...is there an extra charge to come to the hall on the day of?
