Makeup for June 17, 2006?

Hi! My makeup person (and hair, but I'll take care of that in a separate post) fell through, so now I'm looking for someone on this day to come to Jericho Terrace bridal suite to do my makeup and my mom's makeup. I am from MD, but my future in-laws live in Queens, so if I come for a trial, I would prefer some place not too far from Queens if possible. Could I please have prices for:

Bride makeup day of
Bride makeup trial
Mom makeup day of

Also, would any travel fees apply to come to Jericho Terrace?
