Makeup help. Tattoo coverup?
Hi I am very upset because I am engaged and I am going to be in a wedding in April and I have a very dark tattoo on my shoulder that needs to be covered up. I want to have it removed, but my dermatologist said it won't be gone by April and it'll be ALOT of money. Can makeup really work on a big( about the size of my palm) black tattoo? Please help!
