March 9, 2013 - Transportation needed

I need quotes for the following:

1. Shuttle Bus from Executive Inn at Woodbury to Crest Hollow Country Club (2-3 trips from 6-7pm and 2-3 trips from 12:30-1:30am)

2. Party Bus for 30-35 from 1-6 - pick up in NYC going to Woodbury (crest hollow country club)

3. 15 passenger van to go from NYC to Crest Hollow Country Club leaving nyc at 6pm and going back to NYC at 1am.
