Re: Mariachi band for party
The Mariachi perform as a minimum of 3 performers. You can have up to 8 Mariachi -in authentic Mariachi attire. They recently performed in concert in Avery Fisher Hall in Manhattan for Hillary Clinton. The following week they performed for the Columbia University Graduation. Recently performed for the Parenting Magazine function in Manhattan. Two weeks ago they performed at the Plaza Hotel for the National Hispanic Hournalists Association. I can send you a CD or cassette tape to hear them.
Hi Andrea, I know a GENIUS latin harpist, he plays the 'arpa llanera' which is quite different than the classical and folk harps that I play, and he does lots of jazz and latin music. He's really incredible -- Paquito D'Rivera invited him to join his band on stage at Carnegie Hall, and says he stole the show!!
If you are interested, I can inquire about his availability for you. Give me a call.
