My husband are looking to plan a trip to Mexico. We are considering Cabo or Puerto Vallarta for sometime in March or April. Can someone suggest which of those two places we should go to or anyothers, along w/ a quote for all inclusive and non all inclusive for a 5 star hotel. thanks.
