I am getting married at Danfords on the sound. The room I want for the reception requires a minimum of 65 people. How many people should I invite over that to insure atleast 65 show up ?

Well this situation is different for every couple. Do you have many guests coming from out of town that are likely not to come? My sister had a big wedding last year and they invited 320 but do to many out of towners who did not make the trip, 240 responded yes. Regardless, there will be some people who will respond no. Maybe send out 85 first and see what the response is. You could always send more the next week or so. So I would guess inviting 80-85 to start with. I hope this helped- GOOD LUCK

The usual number of guests (invites) that do no attend is 10% of the number of invites sent out.Inviting 72 guests will probably have 65 responding yes.
