My wedding planner just bailed....

Wedding is 9.20.14 on a private beach and we were working with a planner to organize the tent, seats, tableware, layout, ect. and to oversee the setup the day of. She bailed on me this morning and I need someone to pick up where she left off. Please fm me quotes if available! Thanks!
