Need a Florist and some help

Hello
I am looking for a florist to quote some prices for centerpieces for approx. 20 tables. These centerpieces will also be used during my ceremony.
Can you please suggest what type of arrangement I should use and quote it?

In addition, My bridal party consists of 7 Bridesmaids/10 ushers - 3 sets of parents. I am looking for different shades of pink roses bouquets for Bridal party.
