need Florist quote, ideas and details

Hi!

Would any available florists please FM me with a price quote and detailed description of number and type of flowers for the following:

1 Bride BK
5 BM BK
3 mom corsages
3 reader corsages
1 groom bout
12 men bout
church decorations

Personal flowers must arrive in LIC, Queens no later than 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 14, 2005.

BKs should look like the attached picture. BM dresses are periwinkle from aria. Please suggest number and type of flowers necessary to create bride and bm bks.
