Cost? Location? Do you deliver?

Hi Jenny2Penny,

Can you please forum mail me some more information. How many do you need. Is this a bo-k or do you want decorations? Where and when?

We do all types of decorating with balloons but I would need to know more information.

Thanks

Kathy
