need quote for shuttle service for OOT guests!
I am looking for a price quote to shuttle my out of town guests to hotel and reception for my wedding on Saturday, April 24, 2010.
I am not certain of the number of guests yet. That will be determined closer to the date. But we will most likely need the 14-passenger van or mini-bus service.
The hotel is in Plainview, NY. Guests need to arrive to the church in Massapequa by 3:15pm.
Guests will leave the church by 4:30 - 4:45pm and head back to hotel or go straight to catering hall in Franklin Square.
*Pick-up from hotel should be by 5:45 - 6:00pm to go to catering hall.
*Pick-up from Franklin Square should be 12:30am to go back to hotel in Plainview.
*may need more than one pick-up and/or second van. Not sure at this time.
If you can provide me an estimate on pricing that would be excellent!
