need quote for tree branch centerpiece

need quote for tree branch centerpiece for Sept 26, 2008. I am on a very tight flower budget. something very close to the pic below with some rose petals or something on the bottom. Just a hint of flowers mixed with the tree branches and the candles hanging like you see is a must!

I hear this can be expensive. I need a vendor who can get it done but not expensively! I am crafty and if I have to I'll make them myself but I rather not have to be doing that if someone is reasonable

I appreciate your help.

Thank you so much. Feel free if you have something very very similar to send me pics and quotes.
