Need some info on limos...

I'm getting married in December at the Milleridge Cottage. My fiance and I are staying at a nearby hotel the night prior to our wedding, along with the majority of girls in my bridal party and some family.
I'm not quite sure how this will be done just yet...but I guess I'm looking for a limo to pick up me, my mom, 7 bridesmaids, and a flower girl. Then MAYBE to return to the hotel to pick up the guys to bring us to the Milleridge (we're having our ceremony there as well).
I'm not sure how long I can rent a limo for, but as you can see, I don't really need it for that long.
Can anyone help?
