need some quotes please!!

my wedding is friday the 6th of june 2008
i have my hall booked and my photographer.
i began looking a dj`s but then was told it would be a gift from one of our guests. they have not called us with any infor in over a month and we are getting tired of asking so i need quotes for

1/2 hour ceremony
1 hour cocktail hour
4 hour reception
i would prefer to have a 2 man group
i don`t have a big budget though.

as for flowers.....
1 brides bok
1 toss bok
1 MOH
3 bridesmaids
1 groom boot
4 groomsmen
5 corsages
3 father boots
i don`t know yet what kind of flowers
probably roses with some calla lilles mixed in

transporation
need 1 limo to take 7 people to reception hall
need another to take 5 people to reception hall

officiant
need someone to preform cermemony. we are not relegious all i want added in really is a personal touch and a sand union ceremony
