Need someone to help me make centerpieces for E-party

We saw at the East Wind Bridal showcase a centerpiece made out of balloons. It was 7 balloons tied to fish string and then attached to a gift bag that has tissue paper and candy in it. I have all the materials except the balloons and we need 20 of them and was wondering if I give you the stuff how much who you charge me to put them together and for the balloons. The 7 Balloons were 2 black laytex, 2 silver laytex, and 2 white laytex and a Heart Mylar that is silver hologramie. Also where are you located and would you deliver to Ronkonkoma, and how much is delivery. My eparty is September 27, 2003
