Newly Engaged Looking for quality on a budget!

In need of all vendor quotes still because I have yet to plan anything and am still deciding if im doing an all inclusive venue just for the convenience. I have a VERY busy work schedule and prefer to get pricing and quotes via email before meeting in person.

Planning an October 2013 wedding for approx 150 guests.

Looking for quality and expertise. Someone who is easy to work with.

Dj for 5.5 hours(ceremony, CH and reception)
Officiant (non religious ceremony)
Florist (bridal bouquet, 4-5 bm bouquet, boutiner for 4-5 gm, table centerpieces prolly looking around 15 tables, mob, fob, mog and fog corsages etc)
Video/Photo for all ceremony, CH and reception
Venu for fri sat or sun in october must include utinsels, flatware, chair covers, sashes, table overlays, top shelf open bar and DOC (any extras are a plus seating cards, cakes etc.)

Dear Allison,

I would like to speak to you about your specific needs and how I can make your wedding planning and wedding day stress free.

Options are as much or as little as you need and I am very flexible.
1. I like to work with you for two months before so I can run all interference for you on the wedding day.
2. I also want to have a working relationship with all your vendors not just meet them on your wedding day. I am a total detail person and want to familiarize myself with potential problem people and situations before they can occur.
3. I always have an assistant so we can literally be in two places at once .....Helping photographers and maitre d' at the same time etc.
4. We can meet 2 months before have coffee and go over things and then let our fingers do the walking for everything else......e-mail, texting etc.
5. I will be the one to get forgotten responses answered so your count will be accurate.
6. Help getting presents I will do it for you if you need.
7. Anything and I do mean anything you need the answer is when and of course.
