You should be honest with them and tell them you did not like centerpiece and try to come up with something. If they know you as a customer, they should get it right and not have to make many samples. If you are a customer, they shouldn't have a problem making you another one. If its still not what you want, and did not book them yet, you might want to find someone who knows or can give you what you are looking for. Is the budget to small, are they experienced?? Try talking to the owner or manager.
