'Off-Peak' Day pricing?

I know many vendors offer Off-Peak pricing for various months (Jan-Feb-Mar), but who offers Off-Peak pricing based on the day of the week?

I am getting married on a Thursday. Do any of you offer lower rates on Thursdays?

Thank you.
