I don't know if it's too early to start but I have my hall booked and the ceremony will take place there. We are unsure if we want to have an interfaith ceremony or a non-religous ceremony.

Re: Officiant
Hi and congratulations!
Never too early if it means the difference between stressing and being ok with where you are at in the planning.
I am indeed available on your date and would be honored to perform your ceremony. Interfaith couples have a few more decisions to make even with a civil ceremony because some aspects of Judaism have cultural rather than religious meaning. I'm all for the 'your wedding your way' and for most couples that includes making their family comfortable as well.
When looking at traditional structure look at it as a frame work to leave in or remove, something to lighten or focus on. What you share is so good that you are promising to make it not just last, but deepen and grow through the years. Usually if there is less traditional structure and more personal parts, the expressions of why and how you love one another it is far more touching than generic words on marriage. This can stand on it's own as a beautiful civil ceremony, and for some this is the way to go. For others it pales without the familiar wording that generations before have used for their hopes and dreams of the future.
I like to discuss all your options and then send you everything you think you might be interested in, along with the parts written from what you tell me about yourselves at our meeting all in print. It's a great way to organize your thoughts and actually see what everything is before deciding what to keep and what not to keep.
My website has samples of civil ceremonies, Christian and Jewish (as well as other interfaith blends) and a more general God style ceremony. Everything you'll see was written with those couples to fit as well as the dress does!
I will FM you more details.
Wishing you the wedding of your dreams followed by many healthy years of love and marriage.
