Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! Planning a wedding is so exciting and can be a bit daunting, I'm sure. My name is Rev Alison www.nyweddingclergy.com and I am available on your date and would love to talk to you about all your options and choices.

After meeting with you and your fiancee, I custom create a ceremony just for you. I do not use and reuse other ceremonies, or ask you to pick and choose from a website of options. Every ceremony is really customized for you. I create different options (even poems and readings I craft for you) and you pick and choose what you like. It is very collaborative and very personal.

I am available and would love to chat with you about your ceremony. There are many fine officiants here on LIW and we all do have our own personalities! I am sure the girls on the brides helping Bride's board will have their own recommendations for you as well. I suggest you speak with a few of us to get a feel for who you click with best. There is a very intimate relationship that a couple has with their officiant. I feel like a piece of me stays with every couple that I marry and it is important to be comfortable having that kind of relationship with whom ever you choose.

We all have the same schpiel, “beautiful, personalized, warm and welcoming…”
Yet my website is one of the few with samples of original writing, and it is easy to see the sections that are written with and about you. My ceremonies usually have a lot of writing that is unique to each couple. Or some couples choose to pick a ceremony from my website and save some money by copy and pasting. My website also has fees (Nassau is $475.00 to meet & $375 to pick from website), readings, testimonials, an FAQ page with more questions than any one couple has ever asked on their own, and a new video section.

Meetings are all done with no obligation or fee, and the first draft with your personal sections are in your hands within 3 days.

On the day of your wedding I am onsite an hour before the start time and never schedule closer than 3 hours between weddings.
