Officiant, photographer, DJ, hair and florist in/near Massapequa!

I'm getting married February 29, 2008 at The Riviera in Massapequa. I need the following:
Officiant: My FH is Catholic and from a very Catholic family but he's not overly religious. I'm Protestant by default and not religious AT ALL. We want people to leave our ceremony and say 'wow, that was beautiful'. I am looking for a ceremony that is about our families and the two of us starting our own as well as including the Irish Knot Ceremony if possible. Any ideas for officiants?
Photographer: I am looking for a reasonably priced photographer. I will most likely be getting ready at a nearby hotel with my family/bridesmaids. I'm unsure where the groomsmen will be. The ceremony and reception are at the same location. Simple package, nothing extravagant. No videography needed.
DJ: We're looking for a fun DJ who will work with our musical taste. My FH is a musician and we want to incorporate that love for music into our reception. Oldies, new hits, unknown artists and a fun party!!
Hair/Makeup I am looking for hair and makeup in or near Massapequa. I want an affordable place. Nothing too extravagant for me!![]()
Florist: I am looking for a florist in/near Massapequa. I need my bouquet as well as the bridesmaids, groom's boutonnière and groomsman's as well as mother's and father's. Simple red roses. Beautiful and elegant.
