Officiant please!

I am actually looking on behalf of my brother and his fiance. They got engaged a few weeks ago and just found out they are expecting, so they want to get married at the end of October or early November of this year and have a small wedding. I'm helping them plan their wedding. I'm not sure of the details yet, but if anyone has any information for me regarding price and availability between the last weekend in October through November, I would greatly appreciate anything. FH and I are getting married at our church, so this aspect of the wedding planning was taken care of for me, so I apologize for being vague!
