Officiants on Long Island

Hi...we are looking for an officiant to marry us on Sunday June 26, 2005. We are having both the ceremony and the reception at the Thatched Cottage in Centerport. Our ceremony is slated to begin at 1130am. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
