On location Hair/make up needed

HI!!!

I am getting married on October 17, 2009 at 12noon. I need hair and make up for myself, my mom, my three birdesmaid. We will be at LaQuinta hotel in Garden City and I would need you to come to that location. We will be taking pictures at approximately 10am.

I will need qoutes for both hair and makeup and also need to know if there is fee for early morning and/or coming to my location.

Thank you
