I have the large shimmer bags which are 7' in height. here is the decription from the manufacturer
Made of sheer fabric, these glimmering drawstring bags are just like our smaller shimmer favor bags but the larger size makes them ideal for disposable cameras, a few handfuls of candy, small favor bottles, or other large treats. And the satin drawstring makes them easy to use -- a big plus when you have dozens, or even hundreds, to fill! Choose from 9 different colors: White, Ivory, Gold, Silver, Lavender, Pink, Royal Blue, Wine, and Hunter Green. Pack of 12. 6' w x 7' h.

Pack if 12 bags $11.50 per pack

Hi --

If your Favors are 7' tall then you will definitely need a bag that is taller than 7 inches in height
--The dimensions on the bags often times are
a little off -- most of the Organza Bags are manufactured in the Orient and the dimensions that they quote are usually to the nearest inch -- so they could very well be and many times are only
6 3/4' --Also -- even if the bags are exactly 7 inches tall, that is the overall height including the cinch closure -- I am assuming that you will be wanting to close the drawstring on the bag with the bottle in it----
--then you have to allow for the drawsting cinch to be situated at seven inches or higher -- which means that the bag must be even taller than that---
Hope this makes sense --
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me --
A 7' inch tall bag will not accomodate your
7' tall favor if you want the bag to close-

You need about a 9' tall bag --have sent you pricing --

Best of Luck with all!!
