Partial Wedding Planning Quote Request

I'm looking for a partial wedding planner to help with the design/decor aspect of my wedding. I'll be getting married on Aug. 28, 2011 at the North Ritz Club in Syosset, both ceremony and recption will be held at North Ritz from 11:30 am - 4:30 pm. What I'm look for exactly is help in:

Flowers/ Decor
Entertainment (DJ and ceremony music)
Favors
Officiant
Day of coordinator
