Party Rentals-- Tent, Tables, Chairs & Linens

Hello-- I am looking to get pricing & other info to rent the following:

- A tent with sides to seat approx. 60 people plus food buffet
- Approx. 6 60' round tables
- 6 table linens
- Approx. 60 chair rentals

I would need these items for an event on Saturday, May 20th. Please let me know how far in advance I would need to reserve the items, and how early the tent would be set up, etc.

Thanks!
