Photographer and videographer

My budget is $1500 for photography and video. I would like album for ourselves, 2 parent albums, the proofs (online, dvd or photoablum will be sufficient - as long as I have access to them) and three edited dvds of the wedding. I would love video coverage of the wedding and reception but would like photo coverage of us getting ready as well as the wedding and reception.
