photographer or not to photographer

The deal is that I am poor. My father just went into the hospital so it is not looking good for convencing him to help us out more than he is. My originally I was going to have a friend do the pics, but lately I have been alittle worried about him doing them. However, we are very worried about cost. Is there anyone out there that can do photos for less then they are usually asking. Maybe someone that works out of their home. I don't need anything fancy. Just someone to take pics as things happen once in a while and a couple of posed pics. One photographer is enough. And I just need them printed and sent to me. None of this online wedding album thing. I am making my own album also.
My weddings schedual is as follows:
11:30 ceremony
12:00 Cocktail hour
1:00-5:00 reception
