Photographer & Videographer Needed
My wedding is 10/9/09 at Sans Souci in Sea Cliff. I have gone to some bridal expos and there is very rarely any prices with vendors. I'm always told to come in for an appointment, but unfortunately, I do not have the time to arrange appointments with every vendor I am looking at. That is why I'm turning to this board. Below, I have listed the wish lists for photographer/videographer. Please FM me an approximate price for this!
FYI: Ceremony and Reception will be immediately after one another, both at Sans Souci. We also plan on taking most of our pictures prior to the ceremony so we do not miss our cocktail hour![]()

-1 or 2 photographers
-Willing to arrive early to take pictures
-Unlimited pictures & time
-High-resolution CD/DVD with all rights to pictures
-Pictures for guests as additional favor (Celestial Photo)
-Reasonable Price
-Photojournalistic and Candids
-If they have not shot at Sans Souci before, they should be willing to go there prior
to the wedding date
-Willing to take suggestions about which photos we would like
-Get pictures of ALL guests, not just the ones on the dance floor
-Able to capture great pictures regardless of weather conditions and in/out of a building
-1 Album for us and Brag books for parents
-Engagement session (if available; not necessary)
-Payment schedule??
Videographer:
-Preferably same company as photographer
-No corny microphone for guests
-At least 3 edited DVDs (1 for us and 2 for parents) set to music
-1 unedited DVD for us
-Include ceremony and cocktail hour
