My budget is about $2000 and I prefer to do my own albums. I do not want to use the usual albums photographers use because honestly, FH and I don't like them. I actually posted the same topic a while back but I am looking for more suggestions on photgraphers. I would also like all my proofs and negatives if possible. Thanks.

No problem with you doing your own album, but we would need to make up the enlargements FOR the album. You keep (and pay for) all the proofs (at least with us.) Negatives are available for safekeeping when enlargements are done. The proofs + negatives are copyrighted and you would need permission from the photographer or studio to copy or enlarge any pictures.
You might consider an hourly rate to keep the cost down, but the budget is workable to at least get started.
